Hi Lisa, I checked out your grape paintings. This is one of my favorites (Aroma). It has great shading and coloring. The background is beautiful. The painting gives a feeling of free flowing and creativity.

My sentiments and feelings EXACTLY, Lisa. I think all artists experience highs and lows. We're vulnerable to indifference or negative criticism, painter's block, and low creative energy. So when we're a bit down, someone comes along exactly when it's most needed and encourages us with just the right words. Genuine and sincere words that touch our hearts. Or maybe an unexpected sale even and we're back on positive energy and creativity. You too have always been a source of encouragement for me. Thank you, Lisa!

Have you ever had people talk about your art and even though it's positive, you lose all motivation and then the other kind of folks, those few that are so inspiring that you want to jump back into the studio and start working?
