Description
I enjoy working with color and the best color comes by working under candlelight in my studio. It creates a much more vibrant painting as I happily apply my concepts on canvas!

Cool work Lisa! and second only to candlelight is taking night photos by the light of a television set. It casts the coolest blue hues that really enhance certain settings.

Beautiful young lady, I can honestly relate to what you call "painting the night away." To me, it implies the joy of creating something Joseph Campbell calls "superfluous divine beauty," something that is uniquely human. I'm LESS interested in the final product which is the photograph. But I love the process of creating itself. Maybe you're the same way. Your work never ceases to amaze me beyond measure. Merry Christmas to you and your family, my lady. I hope you'll have a joyous holiday season and a prosperous new year. Be well.

Great us of colors and form in all your images. I like this because it shows two hands doing different things. Lines and shapes bring the elements of this scene together beautifully. f/l
