Overlooking by Lisa Kaiser
Overlooking is a watercolor for the " Biggie, daily painting challenge of 2022," and it has multiple meanings.
I have many times overlooked something or failed to notice something important, and that's always a point of learning for me. It's especially problematic when I accidently hurt someone's feelings as a result of overlooking something before speaking.
Overlooking can mean looking from above and it has many interesting meanings in this way as well.
Since I love to paint and I love nature, my inspiration to paint tiny birds being overseen is the muse for this work.
